December is always a whirlwind of performances, parties, gifting, and being busy. Well, we didn't want to stop that... so, on a whim, we surprised the girls with tickets to see the Joffrey ballet Nutcracker. Abby was sooo excited to see "her show". We ate dinner at the Sugar Factory, where Sophie and Rodger shared a Nutella and banana shake topped with a sucker and candy necklace. What a fun place! The ballet was very well done, especially the "party scene" choreography ... and the giant nuts chased by soldiers. We are happy to share these experiences with the girls as our fun family time.
