Christmas Caroling

Happy Holidays from our second graders. This troop is made up of such great readers and performers. I took a risk and made a script where each girl had a line to read and a three additional songs to sing that we hadn't rehearsed to make the performance longer. The girls did an amazing job with it. They were able to say what they liked to do outside of school in front of a crowd, and they said their lines nice and loud. I was so proud of them. They sang six Christmas songs and then passed out cookies and home made cards and angels. It was a great way to kick off the holiday season and spread great community spirit.

Their voices were wonderful and I can't wait to hear them all song again in February at the second grade musical. Until then, happy holidays to all!
