Christmas Baking

Baking at Christmas time is very important to me. For years and years, I hosted a cookie exchange. But, I realized that what I really wanted was for people to just make GOOD cookies... specifically, only ones that I like. So, the event was changed to a cookie baking day with my Mom, Lynn, and her Mom. We look forward to it every year. This year we made: Christmas crack, Ethyls sugar cookies, green wreaths, coconut mini kiss macaroons, peanut butter blossoms, Reece's Peanut Butter Cups, pizzelles, oatmeal white chocolate craisins, and rolled Frango mint surprises. They were all great cookies and well received. The only problem was that I ate way too many of them. But, oh boy, they were delicious and I can't wait until next year.
