For those who are unaware, we are in the process of selling our Townhouse and purchasing a larger home to fit our growing family. We placed the Townhouse on the market on January 28th and accepted a contract offer on February 4th. We are shocked our house sold in a week in his market! Great question... we don't know yet. Hoping to get a great house that is a short sale in downtown Naperville area.
