Bye bye to our old cars.... thanks for the great memories! We are ready for some family sized vehicles, like the Toyota Sienna and the Audi Q7.  We are ready for carpooling and soccer practice now!

Jaskowiak Reunion 2014

The reunion was a huge success at its new location in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.  Rodger and I worked extremely hard to make this event a good one and we could not have asked for a better weekend.  Here are just a few pictures of our family from the reunion.

July 4th Holiday Weekend

For this July 4th Holiday weekend, we packed up the car with Grandma and Papa and headed to St. Louis.  We left on Wednesday morning, July 2nd and came back on Saturday afternoon, July 5th with a full agenda in between.  We stayed at the Chase Park Plaza and had a wonderful time experiencing many of the major St. Louis attractions.  Here was our itinerary:

• Wednesday - St. Louis Budweiser Brewery tour, dinner at the hotel, and Tarzan at The Muny (really well done production)
• Thursday - Missouri Botanical Garden (loved it!), swimming at the hotel, dinner at Favazzas on The Hill
• Friday - Breakfast at Courtesy Diner (Yes - we had a Slinger), Grant's Farm, early dinner at Budweiser Brewhouse, Cards game against the Marlins with Fireworks after the game, and dessert at Ted Drewes
• Saturday - late Breakfast at Crepe etc (Strongly Recommended!!)

Inside this Greenhouse was the Corpse Flower which only blooms every 7 to 10 years.  Unfortunately we missed it by a day!!
