Sophie's First Live Theater experience
Grandma took Sophie, Mae, and Ava to see "Rapunzel: A Very Hairy Tale" at the high school. Sophie was all set with snacks for each of her cousins, and she sat in the seat all by herself through the performance. At the end, the girls met Rapunzel. It probably didn't hurt that we have been watching the movie at home a lot this summer. She only cried a little bit when I told her Flynn Rider wasn't in this show.

Hail to the Princess, Hail to the Princess
One of Sophie's favorite things to do is play "Sleeping Beauty". She will wear a dress, lay down with her arms crossed and eyes closed, and wait for her "Prince" to come kiss her and wake her up. It's not so bad of a game when at our house or in the backyard. It is a little akward to explain to others why my three year old is laying down in the middle of the Arboretum...
