Nalco Halloween Costume Party
Every year, Nalco's Childcare center holds their Halloween Costume party/parade. The teachers dress all of the kids in their costumes and parade them through Nalco's lobby. After the parade, each classroom has a party to celebrate with all the parents. It is truly one of the highlights of the year.
Below are a few pictures from the event:

Kuiper's Pumpkin Patch
We joined our friends Bob and Bre, along with their son Lincoln, on a very blustery Saturday morning to enjoy Kuiper's Family farm. If you have never gone and you live in the Chicagoland area, we would strongly recommend the drive. On one side of the street, they have a huge play area for the kids along with hundreds of pumpkins for the picking. On the other, they have a wonderful farmers market with ready to eat pies, pumpkin spice donuts, fresh apples, apple cider, and too many nicnacs to mention.
Here are a couple of pictures from our day.

We Did it!
Loran and Rodger completed the Chicago Marathon today (First for both)! Both are a little sore but survived without any major injuries. We drove down to the city on Saturday, had dinner at Maggianos, and stayed at the Hyatt Regency on the River. Marathon weekend, a Fitness Expo is hosted at McCormick place and all Marathoners must pick up there packet from there. Valerie and Her Mom and Dad came down as well to cheer everyone on while Rodger's Mom and Dad watched the Girls at home.
